It’s not always easy to find remedies for DGBI and it can be frustrating for both the patient and the physician. In this video, Melanie discusses her challenging journey with DGBI. How working with an expert, while not alleviating her symptoms, helps her to cope. A caring and understanding approach makes a huge difference in her view of the care and her disorder.
We appreciate her sharing her experience. When other’s who are suffering hear other patient’s stories, they feel heard and it reduces the stigma surrounding DGBI’s.
