We’re talking with Dr. Ellen Stein about our joint study with John’s Hopkins University where we looked at what makes patients feel most satisfied with their care. From this we developed a comprehensive curriculum to address the communication issues that were most cited by patients as increasing their satisfaction at their provider visits.
